Who’s Who Legal recognizes Partners, firm on 2023 Competition Economists lists

Who’s Who Legal (WWL) has once again included numerous Bates White experts on its distinguished lists of competition economists. Inclusion on the lists signifies renown for world-leading expertise, as evidenced by the ability to advise and testify on a wide swath of competition and antitrust issues.

WWL named 11 Bates White Partners to its 2023 Competition Economists list. You can read more about these experts below.

Additionally, Partners Douglas Bernheim, PhD; Joseph Farrell, DPhil; and Nicholas Hill, PhD were named Global Elite Thought Leaders in Competition, a ranking WWL notes is achieved by only around 5% of all WWL-listed practitioners. It is notable that of the 11 experts on this list, three are Partners at Bates White.
