3. Term of use of Site content; Restrictions; Privacy Statement

Unless otherwise indicated in the relevant Site Content, Bates White hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, copy, print, and distribute the Site Content solely for your internal business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed within the Site Content. 6. Governing law; jurisdiction

If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then it shall be re-construed to the maximum effect permitted by law in order to effect its intent as nearly as possible, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
