What we do

  • Support and resources

    Support and resources

The firm provides a wide range of assistance—from navigating the visa process, to writing and public speaking training, to scoping out local restaurants and international grocery stores.

  • Three women and one man standing and smiling side by side, looking at the camera, in front of a screen reading: "Navigating cultural and language diversity in the workplace."

    Education

The network sponsors educational events to foster awareness of challenges faced by international colleagues. Programs have focused on the immigration process, language diversity, cross-cultural norms, and the challenges of “going home.”

  • Celebrations

We celebrate colleagues’ diverse cultures and customs with happy hours, seasonal festivals, and our annual BWorld potluck (click on the video to learn more). Celebrations have focused on Ramadan, Holi, Lunar New Year, Nowruz, Dia de los Muertos, Chuseok, and more!
