Two Bates White partners will participate on ABA Spring Meeting panels on March 27.
Joseph Farrell will speak on the Information Exchange Counseling in the Digital Age panel. Panelists will discuss how information exchanges can take place without running afoul of competition laws, given the proliferation of digital communication tools, information-rich business models, active enforcement agendas, and divergent global rules.
Nicholas Hill will speak on the Fundamentals of Economics panel, which focuses on the economic ideas that underpin antitrust issues. Panelists will discuss basic economic principles, including the fundamentals of vertical theories, and the value to lawyers of keeping pace with the state-of-the-art economic thinking.
