Nitin Dua served as the consulting expert for Radiology Partners in its acquisition of MedNax Radiology Systems. A Bates White team provided support with advocacy work and in preparing effective responses to voluntary requests from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC closed its investigation of the merger without a second request.
