Dodson International Parts, Inc. v. Williams International Company

On behalf of Williams International, Anna Meyendorff provided testimony in an arbitration hearing before the American Arbitration Association in Dodson International Parts, Inc. v. Williams International Company. The plaintiff, a distributor of new surplus and used aircraft parts, accused Williams, a manufacturer of engines and engine parts for light business jets, of monopolizing the aftermarket for parts and service of the Williams FJ44-3A engine. Finding in favor of Williams, the arbitrator agreed with Dr. Meyendorff’s opinions and cited her testimony multiple times.
