Bates White Monitors Dayton Power and Light's Auction for Low-Income RatepayersÂ
Frank Mossburg and Vincent Musco served the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) by monitoring Dayton Power & Light’s auction for its “Percentage of Income Payment Plan,” or “PIPP” customers. This sealed-bid auction procured service for PIPP customers who do not choose a competitive electricity supplier. Bates White recommended acceptance of the results. The PUCO accepted the results of the auction.
