Bates White Manager Angela Pazzaglia is participating in a webcast on October 9: “Statistical Evidence in False Claims Act Cases: Maximizing Opportunities and Overcoming Challenges.” The False Claims Act (FCA) has become one of the Department of Justice’s major tools in fighting fraud, and statistical sampling methods and extrapolation have gained prevalence as methodologies to establish damages and liability.
