Net Energy Metering testimony
Bates White provided testimony on behalf of Vote Solar in proceedings before the Public Service Commission of Utah related to the costs and benefits of Utah’s Net Energy Metering (NEM) program for customers with distributed solar generation; and changes to the rates for NEM customers proposed by Rocky Mountain Power (Docket No. 14-035-114).
