Retained on behalf of Emory Healthcare to analyze potential competitive effects of its proposed acquisition of DeKalb Medical Center. Presented analysis to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and assisted Emory in its submission of letters discussing the limited competitive effects in the provision of inpatient hospital, physician, long-term care, and rehabilitation services. The FTC closed its investigation without issuing a second request.
