On behalf of United Technologies, assisted counsel seeking antitrust regulatory approval for the acquisition of Rockwell Collins, one of the largest mergers in the aerospace industry. Provided significant assistance responding to information requests from the Department of Justice and other regulators. Submitted a white paper to Chinese regulators. The merger was approved with divestitures.
