In re Packaged Seafood Products Antitrust Litigation
Randal Heeb and an external expert submitted expert reports and provided deposition testimony on behalf of defendants in a price-fixing matter involving packaged seafood. Dr. Heeb developed an econometric analysis to estimate the damages resulting from the alleged conduct and responded to the econometric analyses offered by plaintiffs’ experts. Bates White also supported an external expert who examined economic evidence regarding the incentives to participate in the alleged conspiracy and analyzed whether the economic evidence was consistent with an effective price-fixing cartel.
