Settlement of final amounts in California PX and ISO escrow accounts
For the California investor-owned utilities and the State of California, performed a number of complex data analyses to resolve all final amounts owed to or by over 60 market participants in the California Power Exchange and California Independent System Operator markets during the California energy crisis of 2000–2001.
