Oaxaca wind project
Developed forecast model of the CFE (Mexican electric utility) short-run cost of generation in support of the acquisition of a large scale wind project in Oaxaca, México. The model allowed for evaluation of potential project revenue impacts associated with increased gas-fired and renewable generation on the CFE system.
