On behalf of Qwest Communications, a telecommunications carrier, submitted expert affidavits before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and presented before the Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding the competitive effects of the acquisition of MCI by Verizon Communications and of AT&T by SBC Communications. Provided competitive analysis and assisted counsel with presentations to FCC and DOJ.
