Flakeboard/Sierra Pine merger
Prepared as testifying expert for the Department of Justice’s challenge of the Flakeboard/Sierra Pine merger. Flakeboard and Sierra Pine both manufacture medium density fiberboard and particleboard. The parties abandoned the merger after the Department of Justice indicated their intention to file in court to enjoin the merger.
