Caraustar/Newark merger
Prepared as testifying expert for the Department of Justice’s potential challenge of the Caraustar/Newark merger. Caraustar and Newark both manufacture uncoated recycled boxboard along with a number of downstream products. The Department of Justice did not seek to challenge the merger.
