Defense contractor arbitration
Bates White expert testified in an arbitration proceeding involving a contract dispute between defense contractors. We analyzed the materiality of the failure to disclose a government investigation, performed an economic analysis of a subcontract and alleged joint venture agreement, and calculated damages.
