In Sheridan Healthcorp, Inc. v. AvMed Inc. supported testifying expert on behalf of AvMed Health Plans, a Florida health insurer. Defined the relevant geographic market and established the existence of the defendant’s market power and anticompetitive tying and bundling. Estimated economic damages sustained by Sheridan, an ambulatory surgery center, as a result of the defendant’s exclusive contract arrangement. The case settled before trial.
