Christine Tao has extensive experience analyzing and processing large datasets and conducting analyses on complex medical claims data (including Medicare and Medicaid) and pharmaceutical sales data. She has assisted counsel and testifying experts in all phases of litigation in the life sciences sector. Her work has focused on health plan coverage and reimbursement disputes, statistical sampling, antitrust, and injunction issues. Christine has provided support on multiple usual and customary rates cases and recently supported the testifying expert in the Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Amgen, Inc. antitrust case about bundled pharmaceutical rebate agreements.
Christine also enjoys being involved in various firm activities, including serving as a Women’s Network Organizing Committee Member, participating in recruiting activities, and organizing Life Sciences Practice lunches.
