As an Economist in the Antitrust and Competition Practice, Yin Zhang focuses on litigation cases across a variety of industries. Her recent work includes conducting empirical analyses in litigation involving a response to regulatory agency allegations of unfair competition in the healthcare industry. She is experienced in processing big textual data and conducting online experiments using analytical software such as Python, Stata, and more. Yin received her PhD from Drexel University, where she studied the effect of the Paid Family Leave Policy on labor market outcomes.

 Her research interests lie in applied microeconomics and experimental economics, and she has particular interest in labor economics, resulting in papers on the gender wage gap and how salary history inquiry bans affect labor markets. At Drexel, Yin taught undergraduate courses in principle- and intermediate-level microeconomics; she assisted in teaching graduate-level courses in microeconomics, mathematical economics, game theory, econometrics, and applied microeconometrics.
