Samuel Sherman is a Senior Consultant in the Life Sciences Practice. His work primarily focuses on anticompetitive behavior, market power, and market definition in pharmaceutical markets. He has supported experts through all phases of litigation on a number of different subjects in the healthcare space such as False Claims Act, health insurance, medical billing, and pharmaceutical marketing. Mr. Sherman has experience supporting discovery and legal research efforts and translating those efforts into quantitative analysis, as evidenced by substantial experience in document review, assessment of bankruptcy/medical claim review, and organization of data extracted from claims.
