Philippe Belley, a Senior Economist in the Life Sciences Practice, has significant experience conducting empirical work supported by theoretical modeling. He also has expertise in preparing and analyzing survey data. Before joining Bates White, Dr. Belley was Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Kansas State University, where he taught principles of microeconomics and intermediate microeconomics, as well as labor economics, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has published articles focusing on wage growth and the link between income and educational achievement in a number of peer-reviewed journals, including the Canadian Journal of Economics and the Journal of Human Capital.
