Page R. Imperial serves as a senior member of the firm′s leadership team. She has more than 20 years of experience with deep expertise in strategic, operational, and financial planning; management and business development; sales optimization; relationship management; and building and leading cross-functional teams. Ms. Imperial has overall responsibility for the daily operations of Bates White and provides direction for both the strategy and execution of programs and initiatives to enhance the firm’s operations and growth.
Prior to joining Bates White, Ms. Imperial was Director, Account Management for Towers Watson’s DC Consulting Practice. In this role, she was responsible for financial performance of the Washington office, client relationship management, and the development and implementation of revenue-generating strategies. Prior to Towers Watson, Ms. Imperial was with KPMG where she was a Senior Consultant in the Human Resources Consulting Practice and a Manager, Human Resources for the Midatlantic Region.
