Bates White rarely changes its bank details or other payment arrangements, and we will never ask you to log into our website to pay invoices.   

To help prevent fraud, always verify unexpected payment requests and changes to banking or account details verbally using a known and trusted Bates White contact. Similarly, always verbally authenticate the payment details for new service providers like Bates White using a known contact. Do not rely on information provided in emails or other documents requesting a change in banking details, as it may be false.
