Leslie Marx wins Best Antitrust Article of 2021 on Coordinated Effects

Partner Leslie M. Marx and co-author Simon Loertscher, of the University of Melbourne, received the Best Antitrust Article of 2021 on Coordinated Effects from the Jerry S. Cohen Memorial Fund. Their article “Coordinated Effects in Merger Review” was published in the Journal of Law & Economics. The article will be recognized at the annual conference of the American Antitrust Institute.
