Partner Glenn George has been appointed to the faculty of Global Arbitration Review (GAR) Academy: Damages in International Arbitration.
Through interactive content and learning resources, this online course will help participants make sense of damages issues and offer guidance on how best to present these issues effectively to tribunals. Course content includes legal principles governing the award of damages, procedural issues and challenges damages experts may face, assessment and valuation of damages, and issues related to specific industries.
