On May 14, 2020, Partner Keith Waehrer and Alexis J. Gilman, Partner at Crowell & Moring, will moderate a webinar panel discussion co-hosted by Bates White and Crowell & Moring: “Update on State Antitrust Enforcement: A Panel Discussion with State Attorneys General.” The panelists include Sarah Allen, the Senior Assistant Attorney General and Antitrust Unit Manager at the Office of the Virginia Attorney General; Elinor Hoffmann, the Deputy Bureau Chief of the Antitrust Division of the New York State Attorney General's Office, and; Kim Van Winkle, Chief of the Antitrust Division of the Texas State Attorney General's Office.
The webinar will address the overall role of the states in US antitrust enforcement, the states’ increasingly active enforcement actions, and coordination among the states, and between the states and federal agencies, in antitrust investigations.
