Partner Rachel Grinberg will give a presentation at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Environmental Law Forum 2022. The forum examines developing environmental legislation and new technologies in the field of environmental law for an audience of attorneys, engineers, professors, and scientists. Dr. Grinberg’s session, “Cost-Benefit Analysis and Environmental Processes,” identifies fundamental principles to be used in developing a cost-benefit analysis. Dr. Grinberg will discuss common challenges encountered when developing such an analysis such as scoping, data evaluation, quantifying uncertainty, and benchmark considerations. The presentation is in the Administrative Law and Permitting track of the forum.
