Glenn George presents at 2021 GAR Interactive: BITs conference

Partner Glenn George will participate in the Sixth Annual Global Arbitration Review Live BITs Conference on January 21, 2021. At this virtual conference, leading figures in international arbitration will debate current issues regarding bilateral investment treaties. Participants include practitioners from around the world.

Dr. George will participate on the panel "Investment Arbitration and the Climate Emergency." Panelists will address how efforts by governments to combat the global climate situation may affect international investment disputes under existing agreements.
