Two Partners speak at 13th CRESSE conference

Two Bates White Partners will speak at the 13th CRESS Conference, “Advances in the Analysis of Competition Policy and Regulation.” CRESSE conferences focus on competition and sectoral regulation issues, with an emphasis on the policy relevance of recent research. They provide a forum for economists and legal experts to exchange ideas and showcase a limited number of high-quality papers to be discussed in detail. Partner Keith Waehrer is a panelist for “Conglomerate Mergers: Is There an Economic Theory of Harm?” This is the second CRESS Conference at which Dr. Waehrer has spoken; the first was in 2016. Partner Leslie Marx will speak on “Budget-Constrained Procurement.”
