Anna Meyendorff serves as an expert witness in complex monopolization, cartel, and international arbitration matters. Fluent in three languages, she focuses on delivering credible testimony that withstands rigorous challenges. Anna has also contributed to the growth and development of the firm’s Antitrust Practice in her role as Co-Practice Chair for the past four years.
Her approach is strategic and disciplined. In her analyses, she pinpoints the factors that best advance a case, pressure tests them for weaknesses, and presents conclusions in a clear narrative for arbitrators, judges, and juries. This meticulous approach is complimented by her ability to translate her deep economic expertise into persuasive, data-driven arguments.
Over the past two decades, Anna has testified and consulted across industries including media and entertainment, technology, communications, and consumer products. She has led multidisciplinary teams conducting sophisticated data analysis; market research; and class certification, liability, and damages assessments.
Prior to consulting, Anna served on the faculty at the University of Michigan and conducted policy research on financial systems and business development in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus—experience that informs her global perspective and supports her work in cross border disputes.
