Taylor Duncan specializes in integrating research and qualitative materials into a format digestible for quantitative analyses. She has significant experience performing document review, building databases, assessing claim reviews, and compiling data in a systematic, thematic, and consistent manner.
Taylor’s experience spans a broad range of sectors. Her work primarily focuses on healthcare engagements in the pharmaceutical industry regarding public and private health insurance, drug pricing, and allegations of false claims. She also has experience in antitrust litigation, supporting experts and counsel in matters involving price-fixing, monopolization, conspiracy, class certification, and product hopping. Other casework has involved the determination of royalty rates, mass torts, transfer pricing, insurance coverage disputes, and intellectual property rights. Through this work she has collaborated with numerous experts, both internal and external.
Aside from casework, Taylor actively contributes to firm initiatives, including organizing events that support meaningful causes. She has also participated in pro bono work, leveraging her extensive economic experience to help nonprofits serve their own clients. In addition, Taylor is a member of firm networks that support and create a diverse and inclusive workplace, a value that is close to her heart.
