Bristow-Era merger
Nicholas Hill was retained to work on behalf of Bristow in Bristow’s proposed merger with Era. Provided advocacy analysis that highlighted the differentiation between these two offshore helicopter transportation providers, the ease of entry in the industry, and the highly competitive nature of the industry. The merger was finalized in June 2020.
