Allison Zalazar co-chairs the Antitrust and Competition Practice at Bates White. With expertise across a broad range of antitrust issues, she specializes in analyzing mergers and has extensive expertise working for regulators as well as private clients through all phases of merger review and litigation. She leads teams supporting the development of expert testimony and data-intensive merger advocacy projects across a range of industries including agriculture, software, chemicals, and media. Notably, she recently led the team that provided support on behalf of U.S. Sugar’s successful acquisition of Imperial Sugar, as well as a team providing advocacy and Second Request support for Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of ForgeRock.
