David Weiss combines rigor in mass torts claims valuation with exceptional client service.
David Weiss has significant experience building litigation forecasting models, preparing claim valuations in mass torts litigation, overseeing extensive document review, and processing complex datasets. He has supported experts through all phases of litigation and report submission, most notably in high-profile bankruptcy matters related to long-term asbestos and talc liabilities. He has also worked on cases related to insurance allocation and sexual abuse claims.
Outside of his billable work, David is passionate about giving back to the firm and the community. He has led technical training sessions for incoming staff, mentored summer consultants in the Mass Torts Practice, and worked on pro bono matters. In serving on the Bates White Community Connection Coordinating Committee, David has provided oversight and guided strategies for employee-led initiatives that support local communities.
