David Weiss combines rigor in mass torts claims valuation with exceptional client service.
David Weiss has significant experience building litigation forecasting models, preparing claim valuations in mass torts litigation, overseeing extensive document review, and processing complex data sets. He has supported experts through all phases of litigation and preparation of expert reports, most notably in high-profile bankruptcy matters related to long-term asbestos and talc liabilities. He has also worked on cases related to insurance allocation and sexual abuse claims.
Outside of his billable work, David is passionate about giving back to the firm and the community. He has served on the Bates White Community Connection Coordinating Committee, led technical trainings for incoming staff, mentored summer consultants in the Mass Torts Practice, and worked on pro bono matters.
