Submitted a report and provided deposition testimony on behalf of a class of direct purchasers in In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Antitrust Litigation regarding certain defendants’ incentives to participate in the alleged price-fixing conspiracy. Collected and analyzed the economic evidence regarding the participation of Mitsubishi Electric, the sole remaining defendant who had not admitted liability, in an alleged conspiracy to fix prices between 1995 and 2007.
