Laura Finn brings more than 15 years of experience leading complex, high‑profile matters across the technology, healthcare, and financial services industries. She has steered teams through high‑stakes monopolization, merger, and cartel cases, tackling issues related to liability, damages, and class certification. She helps clients cut through complexity by applying rigorous economic and statistical analysis to antitrust challenges. Most recently, she led the team and analytical work supporting the economic experts in United States et al. v. Google LLC (Search) and United States et al. v. Google LLC (Ad Tech)—landmark cases that received the American Antitrust Institute’s Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Economics awards.
In addition to her casework, Laura champions mentorship and community service. She led Bates White’s Consultant Development Program for six years, overseeing compensation and professional development for early‑career professionals, and she continues to apply her expertise through pro bono work, including a recent collaboration with the Children’s Law Center analyzing chronic absenteeism in DC schools.
