He also works on defense matters, helping clients resolve civil exposure for both class and direct-action litigation, develop settlement strategies, and navigate government investigations.

Within the firm, Brian plays a key role in assessing internal business processes and evaluating strategies to streamline processes and improve client service. He helps lead the firm’s Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity Committees.
