Quelly Ramos specializes in conducting economic and statistical analyses related to healthcare markets. Quelly has supported counsel and consulting experts in multiple phases of mergers, litigation, and advocacy. She has worked on numerous large merger and litigation matters across multiple healthcare industries.

Before joining Bates White, Quelly was a Fulbright research scholar in South Korea focused on healthcare research and policy.
