Randy Chugh participated as a speaker in the recent webinar “Buy-Side Market Definition”—part of the ABA’s Groundbreakers series. He and a fellow speaker unpacked how buyer markets are designated by antitrust agencies, with specific attention to the Hypothetical Monopsonist Test. This test examines buyer power in the context of input markets.
