Nitin Dua speaks on evaluating conduct remedies in ABA webinar

As enforcers worldwide are pushed to tame market power, a deeper understanding of conduct remedies is key. Partner Nitin Dua will contribute to this topic in the online panel “Evaluating Conduct Remedies: Challenges, Success, and Impact.” The Thought Leadership Task Force will host the discussion. Dr. Dua and his co-panelists plan to explore what “successful” remedies look like, what their limits are, and how they can effectively bring down barriers and bring up competition.
