Joseph Farrell speaks at third public workshop on FTC–DOJ Draft Merger Guidelines

Partner Joseph Farrell is a panelist at the third workshop hosted by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice about the Draft Merger Guidelines that were released in July 2023. The workshops promote detailed discussion about the draft guidelines to complement the public comments submitted to the agencies. Dr. Farrell speaks on the panel “Dynamics of Competition.” Aviv Nevo, Director of the Bureau of Economics at the Federal Trade Commission, will moderate the panel. Co-panelists include
