Eric Emch speaks at fourth Centre for Competition Economics seminar

The distinction between structural and behavioral remedies in antitrust and the best intervention is a critical topic in merger control. In the 90-minute seminar, “Can We Fix It? The Performance of Remedies and How Best to Intervene,” Partner Eric Emch will discuss differences between these types of remedies and share his experience and insights.
