CDW-Gov’t, Inc., a False Claims Act case involving claims of wrongful termination, the plaintiff alleged that his former employer CDW-G engaged in fraudulent conduct in connection with its sales to the General Sales Administration and then retaliated against him. On behalf of CDW-G, Karl Snow submitted an expert report in federal court, estimating alleged economic wage losses had assuming an employee Liotine had been wrongfully terminated. The case settled for $7 million.
