Client US Womens's National Soccer Team wins settlement for equal pay

On behalf of The US Women’s National Soccer Team, a Bates White team supported the testifying expert in wage discrimination litigation against the US Soccer Federation. The project involved review of collective bargaining negotiations and contract structure and empirical analyses of relative compensation, performance, and value contributed by the women’s versus the men’s team. The women's team reached a $24 million settlement with the US Soccer Federation before the case went to trial.
