Siena Blelloch
Siena Blelloch specializes in processing complex datasets and applying statistical and economic analyses to complex antitrust matters. She has extensive experience working on data-intensive matters and supporting regulators and private clients through all phases of merger review and litigation. Siena has also assisted testifying experts on monopolization and anticompetitive conduct cases across multiple phases of litigation, including discovery, expert report submission, and deposition preparation. She has experience across several industries such as software, oil and gas, construction, and entertainment. Notably, she has provided advocacy and Second Request support for Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of ForgeRock.
Siena enjoys being involved in various firm activities, including serving as a Women’s Network Organizing Committee Member, organizing Merger Practice lunches, and participating in recruiting activities.
