A senior member of the firm′s leadership team, Page Imperial provides executive-level management, leadership, and strategic direction for Bates White.
Page R. Imperial sits on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the Compensation Committee. Leveraging more than two decades of experience, she has deep expertise in strategic, operational, and financial planning; management and business development; sales optimization; relationship management; and building and leading cross-functional teams. Page has overall responsibility for the daily operational functions of Bates White and provides direction for both the strategy and execution of programs and initiatives to enhance the firm’s operations and growth.
Page’s experience prior to joining Bates White includes leadership roles in account management, consulting, and human resources. That experience includes responsibility for office financial performance, client relationship management, and the development and implementation of revenue-generating strategies.
