Lucie L'Heudé, PhD

Lucie L'Heudé  specializes in the analysis of antitrust and competition issues. She has supported testifying experts through many phases of antitrust investigation and litigation, from pre-merger risk assessment and merger advocacy to expert reports and trial testimony. Her industry experience includes healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, and payment cards.

Lucie earned her PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she specialized in empirical industrial organization. Her dissertation employed reduced-form and structural estimation methods to study questions related to competition in news media markets.
