In her role as Deputy General Counsel, Karen Goldberg supports Bates White across a broad range of legal and business matters, including contract negotiation, risk management, regulatory and compliance issues, employment matters, and matters involving the firm’s experts. Previously, Karen was an associate in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, where her practice focused on securities and complex business litigation. She has represented both US and international clients in a variety of industries, including the accounting, financial services, and consumer products industries.
